Great property with lots to do but unfortunately didn't have the time to. No luggage carts in our lodge but had an elevator. No tv in the room.

Wasn’t aware that there was no air conditioning, but it was cool during the night so it stayed fairly cool in the room. We are a family that sleeps hot though, so we light our room to be pretty chilly to be comfortable.

Wow, this place kicks ass. Right on the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park and well positioned in the town f Estes Park, this place was resobnably priced considering te area and epic to boot. The grounds were huge and the complex had some amazing facilities that my wife and I did not have the time to enjoy but were viewed enviouly from afar. Would completely stay here again and recommend it to evryone, just mbe prepared to wait a while for your check-in.

Check in was extremely slow. Our rooms the first night were in a dormitory for summer camp in the Deer Lodge. No air conditioning, No elevators and not ADA accessible. They were terrible! Holes in the bathroom wall where towel rack would be. We asked to be moved the next night and they did move us, but again it was a very slow process and kept telling us that since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) that is was harder to move people?? Rooms in the Emerald Lodge were nice. However, No extra toilet paper, no Kleenex no TV’s or air conditioning in any of the rooms. I have 2 future bookings with Expedia so am hoping things will go better with those. We would not recommend this property especially for older adults or those traveling without children.

Who ever is in charger of the check-in process needs to be replaced. It took me 1.5 hours to check in and get my keys. The next place we stayed took 3 minutes and took the same information. How could you not do better.

Huge facility with so many things to do. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and really, you only want to be in your room to sleep because there is so much to see and do outdoors. So cool to see elk roaming right outside your lodge!
