I found a staircase with no bannister
The staircases don’t all have bannisters. I was appalled. People are carrying suitcases/heavy bags about, which I think increases the opportunity to stumble. I felt that it is extremely dangerous and according to the map, it was the nearest fire escape to my room. I was told the staircases had all passed health and safety and fire assessments, but I really didn’t enjoy the experience of going down half a flight of stairs with nothing to hold on to, particularly with no warning.

Very tiny room, no windows. Limited and expensive breakfast. No decent chair in the room. No kettle, not even a bottle of water. Stay at Premier Inn Hub next time. Same concept, same price, but they have got it right.
