We booked here after my husband unexpectedly passed away out of town. We had to a clean the prior visitors sticky residue off the floor when we arrived so we used a handtowel. They charged me 65.00 for the towel and kept my 250.00 deposit. When I called to review the charges and very politely accepted the towel charge, but not the theft of my 250 dollars, the receptionist, Garrett, became very aggressive and hung up on me. I will be reaching out to upper management. I really did not expect or need to be treated this way during this difficult time. I still give the employees 5 stars because during our stay they were wonderful and helped me through. I will not let 1 terrible person stain the reputation of everyone else Our room was not clean, dried chocolate on the entertainment center, very dirty floors, ceiling had huge water stains and the bathroom walls were cracked and had massive holes and peeling paint. Location was great, food options excellent, it was safe and parking was wonderful. I'm just very disappointed in the behavior I experienced today from Garrett.

Conveniently located to the university and to public transportation. Parking lot is really cramped but we did get a space. The breakfast is definitely below-average for the price point, but otherwise no real complaints.

Staff was great and early check in was smooth. The room was very worn. Water stains on the ceiling and bathroom woodwork had water damage. Bed sheets and sofa were clean. Quick breakfast was sufficient. Coffee, juice breads and boiled eggs. Adequate for the night but overpriced due to the football games.

Lipstick on a pig. Stay somewhere else.
Room was cleanish unless you looked. New bath tile but everything else is dated and worn. Furnitur is dated, worn and gold and orange. Stains showing through layers of paint. Sink falling off wall. Floor sliced up. Springs sticking us in the back all night. Wall unit heater that clunked and banged all night long. NOT a full breakfast as advertised by Hotels.com. When leaving we noticed housekeeping was stripping sheets but not mattress pads from beds as they were resetting rooms. Uugh!!
