Here is my review to management, waiting to hear back….
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to bring several critical issues to your attention.
Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional, causing the temperature to rise to 78 degrees. This made the room unbearably uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered another serious issue when I discovered blood stains on the towels provided in my room (please see attached photos for reference). To make matters worse, the toilet in my room was broken, and I had to attempt a repair myself because maintenance was unable to resolve the issue.
The lack of care and service I experienced during my stay was appalling. I am highly frustrated and deeply disgusted by the overall situation. This is not what I expect from a Marriott property, and it reflects poorly on your standards of hospitality. Especially being apart of Marriott rewards and an AMEX member, you’d expect a whole lot better than we were given.
I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter further. Given the severity of the issues and the lack of resolution provided, I am requesting that my stay be comped. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it is crucial that appropriate measures be taken to address this situation.
