The AC was amazingly cold. My family likes it very cold when we sleep and it was perfect. The breakfast was great, variety of food hot food, bagels, and a waffle bar. The laundry dryer didn’t dry my clothes all the way, but at least they were clean, we just hung them up to line dry in the room.

Staff and breakfast was good as always with Hamptons. This was the first one I have been too though where the beds were so so uncomfortable. We had 3 rooms and all visitors said their beds were not good at all.

Great experience. The outside of the hotel looks a little shabby but inside everything is freshly renovated. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast options were as expected, the “western omelets” were very good. Only negative was that the pool was extremely cloudy and disgusting; our kids were disappointed that we didn’t let them swim. In the morning the pool was “out of order”, hopefully they were fixing the problem. Would definitely stay here again.
