Good location near the highway, casino, food options. Very easy check in process. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. I did have an issue with whoever stayed in the room directly above me with the level of noise late at night. When I called the manager about it he addressed the situation immediately and offered to move me to another room if necessary. The breakfast options were great! Nice gym, pool, and hot tub. I would re-book here in the future.

The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. Overall I am not really happy. They charged me more than I was quoted on Expedia so I got the receipt when I was done checking out . Then 2 days later they have charged me again for my room, they have depleted my bank account. I called them to see what was going on and they were sorry we will fix it, they still have not fixed anything. This is b.s. I don't understand how they can get away with this. How many people are they doing this too and they don't even realize it

The hotel is right across the street from Hardrock Hotel and Casino. Great price for the room. No bar or restaurant but Wendy’s is right next store. The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Bed and pillows were lumpy. Bed had a middle lump and pillows were flat due to overuse, not enough feathers/stuffing in the pillows. Receptionist was very rude too…did not acknowledged me and kept filing paperwork and I had to say excuse me, may I check in? Same gal the next morning and was rude then too, no acknowledgment and blank stare.

I just did a 16-day whirlwind cross-country trip and stayed at many different hotels. Even the best hotels have their imperfections which often aren't even really worth reporting given the overall big picture. I am happy (and somewhat surprised) to report that this La Quinta hotel was perfect in every way. This was, by far, the best value hotel on my 16-day excursion. I did stay at one other hotel that I would say rated perfectly but it cost twice as much. That's why the La Quinta wins.
