I brought back some leftover pizza from a restaurant I had went to earlier that night. I forgot to put the pizza box in the refrigerator that night and left it out on the table. When I woke up, I found a bunch of little bugs that looked like termites crawling all over the floor and table where the pizza box was at. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to confirm. He said he would get some bug spray. I told him to wait until I finished gathering my things and checked out. I notified the girl at the front desk when I checked out and she said she could only waive my convenience fee of $50. I asked to speak to the manager. She gave me her manager’s phone number and said she wouldn’t be available until Monday morning. I called the manager twice on Monday to try and get a refund for my room. The hotel manager just gave me the run around and said she would call me back after she got done with a meeting, but never called me back. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had to quarantine my entire suite case and clothes. I had to take them to a laundry mat and wash everything before I went home to ensure I didn’t take any of those bugs home with me.

Nice Southwest/Spanish/Mexican themed hotel. Very comfortable room. Check-in could have been a little faster (as only 1 person was working the check-in counter, & there was a bit of a line).

Great Stay with Amazing Front Desk Staff
The hotel is fabulous inside and the location very convenient. Very comfy bed and excellent view of the pool. Tbh, the rooms need updating and the hot water for the bath took over 5 minutes before it came through hot......BUT the staff on reception - Selina and Daniella - are quite simply the best I have come across in the 31 States I have visited this year. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and smiling and nothing is too much trouble. They make the other minor things insignificant. Well done. Resort fee is an annoying addition for a one night stay though.

Carpet was dirty under the bed. You could see tons of built up dust. Lobby is better than the room. Also the windows are cheap & rattled all night in the wind. We were on the 6th floor. Disappointed for all the hype they give to Heritage Hotels.

The place was amazing! I had a problem with the TV and call front desk and it took over an hour. After calling front desk again they said they came up and fix it but no one ever came to fix the problem. Some of the outlets didn’t work
