Most staff was friendly and the property was beautiful. The only downside is there is no AC in the rooms so when we arrived, the heater was on in our room and it was too hot to stay in. Later they brought a portable AC unit which worked out well for us. Great place, I would go back.

There should be at the very least water in the lobby for the guests. No coffee in the lobby. The towels had a stain on them. The bed was uncomfortable and hot! No sheets.

Nice location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had corner king room. I just wasn’t wowed by the experience. Light switches in bathroom in weird location. Outlet in main bedroom area up high on the wall… just odd. Again not a bad stay but just not what I expected.

The Graham is a nice hotel with great staff. Everyone of them was very helpful. Location is excellent: can walk to harbor and all shops in G’town. The hotel, hotel room and bathroom was clean. The room was spacious. I appreciated that. :) They also have a concierge that reaches out to you via text and that is very convenient. A few things to note: I wish they had more snack options in the room or downstairs, esp chocolate! There is no convenience store nearby, so more in-room snacks or snacks at the front desk for purchase would have been nice. The rooms should have extra pillows and blankets (instead of having to call for service.) There were a few things that were misleading or maybe I misunderstood: there is no breakfast on site and no option to purchase movies while in the room. There is a cute breakfast spot right next door though. The onsite “speakeasy” with live jazz is nice.

Valet was great, although a bit pricey per night. Parking on the street was very limited. The room was spacious and bathroom very nice. Overall guest service was great and they communicated often via text. The location is perfect if you are visiting Georgetown or the DC area.

This is not a 5 star property! Very old, things didnt work in the room, room was tiny, just not a 5 star experience. Work going on outside my room until late night meant i couldnt do any business calls, work or attend virtual meetings. All this at a cost of nearly $500 a night!

Staff was friendly and professional. The room itself was disappointing. The bathroom door was a sliding door and it would occasionally jam and sometimes you could squeeze your fingers if not careful. The water pressure in the shower was very low and it was difficult to get the water to a consistent temperature; it would sometimes oscillate between hot and cold very quickly. The Alex speakeasy downstairs was also disappointing. Took a while for the staff to seat us even with a reservation, we were there for at least 50 mins without getting a drink so we decided to leave. The Jazz music was off putting; it felt like the band members were playing over one another rather than in some sort of harmony.

Our stay at The Graham Hotel in Georgetown was wonderful. The location in Georgetown couldn’t be better, our room was spacious and decorated very nicely, and the staff was GREAT!
