While we were trying to book a hotel, the front desk staff did not want to help us and was kinda cold to us until we finally booked through Expedia. The guy that came in after we got the same treatment, and the staff even yelled at the man kid to be quiet when he wasn't even being loud

I am surprised that most hotels breakfast area in weekend is usually 7-10am. While this one was 6-9am. And they normally have fruits but they didn’t have any. Also, the waffle machine they had did not cook the waffles thoroughly.

My husband and I were impressed with Comfort Suites! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were enough lamps to make the room nice and bright! And the lighting in the bathroom was also good for applying make up. The breakfast area was clean the breakfast itself was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Won't be staying here again.
Our room had an odor, wasn't 100% clean. Housekeeping left a dirty rag on the floor right next to the bed. Our 12 yest old son was sleeping on the pullout couch and there was no extra blanket in the room for him. We went to the front desk to ask for one and was told they didnt have any. Instead offered us an extra pair of sheets.

Stayed as a halfway mark on our road trip home. Front desk staff at check in was great. Room was clean, but the air conditioner/heater is a foot from the bed. It blew hot dry air on us every 5 minutes all night. The pillows were very small, there were 5 pillows on the bed and halfway thru the night I had to wake up and change mine for a different one because the first one flattened. And my back was locked up when I woke up because the bed was super uncomfortable. My husband agreed the bed was uncomfortable, so that wasn't the greatest.
