I called and asked if I ordered on ORBITZ would we be given breakfast and I was told yes by the man in this hotel. When my husband checked in they told him we had to pay. This hotel is not clean. It’s very old and I wish we had gone to a real Holiday Inn this is not like any Holiday Inn I’ve ever been in

I was on there for two days from Friday evening. Got there like 930 and left Sunday morning, but it was a nice day. Breakfast was good but other than that everything was good the quietness peacefulness. It was really good just not two days. I didn’t enjoy my state. I was there for funeral.

There were a few small issues with the room which were quickly resolved. The front desk manager, Tawana, apologized and gave us two vouchers for breakfast the next day. We had dinner at the Dennys there and were very satisfied. Our server, Princess, was friendly and efficient. We will stay there again in future

It was much better than the Holiday Inn in Stafford, VA. The front desk staff here was great—very knowledgeable and kind—and they let me know that I was to get a gift bag, which I didn't get at the other one. It was so much better here!

Lumberton IHG motel
I was disappointed to find that your hotel is not a regular Holiday Inn, but an IHG hotel attached to a Denny's restaurant. It did not have a free breakfast, is a very old building, kinda musty and in need of a real upgrade.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There were many “workers” staying there. Large party next door but they were really nice about moving me. It was very muggy in the room. Bugs were in the shower and the bathroom floor was dirty.

This is an old property and the room smell like mildew or old cigarettes smoke. The hotel needs to be updated – it’s more like a motel. Very disappointed! Not up to Holiday Inn standards
