Found the room was well used, i am aware they are doing renovations soon, they are needed. Service was good however did miss my bartender Andy. Alway our reason to staying. Anthony was good, but Disappointed he wasnt their.

Decent hotel, great location. As with any hotel, it has past its best before date. It's undergoing renovations presently, so I am sure the owners feel the same way. I was, however, disturbed by the 20+ year old smoke detector. These things only last 10 years before you have to replace them, but the one in the room was ancient.

The heat in our room was broken. room was hot even after it was fixed. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Staff didn’t care when i informed them. parking was insanely expensive!

Location, location, location :) It is near the Casino and many dining options. I like this hotel. The pedway to get anywhere is great. Don't have to go outside. The only thing I don't like is carpet in the rooms and they use scented stuff on it. So it always bothers me. But overall, it is a pretty good hotel.

The staff are excellent!! Very accommodating allowing early check in and check out. Property is under construction and elevators were backed up at times but not a deal breaker by any means. The excellent staff makes up for any deficiencies that you may encounter. Had a fabulous 2 nights stay.

We stay at Hotel Halifax often We enjoy the underground parking, the restaurant and staff, especially Tim. The only concern we have is getting the upgrade, it does not appear in the booking notes. Therefore I take a photo of my booking so we can show the front desk we are eligible for an upgrade.
