The hotel property is outdated and showing significant signs of wear. The interior corridors have a musty odor. The area surrounding the property didn't seem overly safe, and I worried about my vehicle being parked outside. The location next to the interstate made it very noisy as well. Overall, the hotel seemed clean, although old. The breakfast was satisfying. Staff were nice. The outdoor pool was a nice feature, but the water was frigid. The indoor pool temperature was pleasant, but there was so much grass in it from people bringing it in from the outdoor pool area. Hot tub was decent. The hotel was okay for a quick stop-over, but we do not plan to stay here again.

Upon arrival our room stunk like sewer gas the floors were not vacuumed there were oranges left in the refrigerator and stunk to high heaven and one of the towels that were rolled was dirty! The most discusting was the big ole mouse turds along the refrigerator!!!! I will NEVER stay here again!!!

This property was old and the owner doesn’t appear to be investing in keeping it up. Our room had an awful smell like eggs had rotted in the fridge. The ice machine did not work.

Easy to access with a vehicle and easy check in. The continental breakfast was nice and staff seemed nice but limited. The hotel smelled right when we walked in and throughout the hotel. It is definitely dated but served us for the one night we needed proper rest.

My family loves this place. It has a restaurant and bar, inside pool outside pool. Courtyard outside that's very pretty. The breakfast if hot with waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes, besides all the cold food too. So easy to get to, right off I-29 and centered in the middle of town. Convenient to stores, restaurant's etc.

The paint in the bathroom was cracked. Armchair in room looked like it was found on a curb. The area outside my outside door was overgrown. I had several flies in the room that were annoying and I could hear the tv in the next room. Otherwise was ok , felt the price was high for the room. It was otherwise clean, bed comfortable.

My 13 year old daughter could not sleep because she felt the room was so dirty. Wallpaper patch up job was peeling off. We would never go back. I was in shock because the reviews on Expedia made it sound better than it was.
