Staff was professional and pleasant at check in as well as helpful with restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was awesome;not what expected but definitely better than some of the more expensive hotels. We were traveling from Georgia to Virginia and decided to visit some friends nearby. So glad we chose this hotel .

We had a choice of 3 different states to stop in. We had only 2 criteria; a room that could fit the 5 of us and a hot tub. The room is fine, perfectly satisfied. But the hotel does not have a functioning hot tub. That seems like a small thing but if we simply wanted a place to sleep we had hundreds of choices. We were promised something and Holiday Inn did not deliver. There does not seem to be any plan to apologize or make up for the misleading listing on Expedia.
