This property definitely wasn't within the expectations that we have from staying at other Wyndham properties. Our first room had a really bad musty smell, the bath tub area looked dirty and there were stains on the sheet and the pillow cases. I explained the issues to the gentleman at the front desk and even offered pictures of the stains and requested another room. He did issue us another room but expressed that he would have rather just gave me a refund because he has a feeling that I will not be happy with any room. He did not seem shocked about the stains or apologetic at all so I assume they know about this issue. He issued us a new room on the 3rd floor and once we got up there with all our luggage the keys didn't work. Husband had to go back down stairs and stand in the check in line to get keys fixed. When we did get into our new room it was much better and was at least clean and had breathable air. The plumbing was a little bit of an issue though, the water pressure was minimal in the shower and if anyone in a room around us was taking a shower the toilet wouldn't flush. The new room served its purpose but for $170 a night I expected a little more and did not like the way we was treated for requesting a clean room so we will probably not stay there again.
