Perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon

Our multigenerational family of 14 had a fantastic stay at this rental home in Flagstaff! The owner truly thought of every detail, which made our experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. The home was clean and incredibly well-stocked—not just with linens, but also with plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained, no matter the weather.We visited during the snowy season and had several questions about travel conditions and accessibility. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, providing timely updates and tips that made navigating the area much easier. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and contributed to an stress-free and comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay in Flagstaff, roomy, private, joyful

We had a large family group of 15 people, including 10 adults and 5 children (under the age of ten) to celebrate a 60th birthday. Check-in was easy/seamless, the house was clean and had plenty of sleeping space for our large group, the kids loved the bunk beds and play area. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware for everyone. We cooked several meals and had no challenges with bowls, pots and pans, we even used the griddle for french toast. The outdoor fireplace was enjoyed by several family members and the game room was a frequent stop for everyone in the family. My husband and I loved the neighborhood with walking and bike trails and a playground for the kids very close/nearby. We had a wonderful Grand Canyon train ride in nearby Williams, with this Flagstaff location ideal for many activities.

Great Experience

Overall, the property was great! Plenty of space for all of our friends to stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The only thing we missed was having some sort of half or full bath downstairs that was not attached to one of the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms that each share a jack-and-Jill bathroom, but if you are staying in the “bunk room” there is no designated bathroom for that room, and the only half-bath is all the way upstairs. Everything else was great and the communication we received was excellent!

Perfect for our Family

This house was perfect for my family of 8. It was impeccably clean. There was tons of space in this home and beds for all. The view was beautiful, and we loved the path behind the home for evening walks. The fire table was great for easy s’mores. We had a great time here and would recommend this home!

Great for large groups!

My teenage daughter and I along with several of her mountain bike teammates and their moms stayed here. The down stairs is very spacious and the multiple living areas allowed the girls to have their own space. The house is very clean and well stocked. Having trails directly behind the house was awesome. We were able to ride our bikes directly from the house. I would definitely stay here again!

ForeverAHS Friends Ladies Weekend

This was our second year to rent this lovely home. We loved playing cards, doing puzzles on the outside patio. We loved playing pool and watching movies downstairs. The path for a beautiful walk is right outside your door and in a great location. Adam the house manager is great to work with and easy to reach. Thank you we had a blast making more memories. ❤️

Great Family home for North Pole Experience!

We all really enjoyed staying at this home! We all voted to stay at this house next year for our yearly Polar Express and North Pole Experience adventures. It has an awesome game room and a big kitchen with plenty of places to sit to eat. The views out of all of the windows is of pine trees and forest and really beautiful. We also went to the North Pole Experience, which is only 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed that we were close to all of our other adventures also: Bearazona and Deer Farm. It was a treat for us to order food delivered right to the door from SomeBurros Mexican food and Dutch Bros is 7 minutes away. We were able to go right behind the house to trails that the kids were able to find multiple Geochaches. The house is on a cul-de-sac which felt very private and quiet. This is a great house and we hope to book this next year for our yearly Christmas adventures.

The home was wonderful accommodating our family group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children). The property manager responded immediately to any concerns. We had difficulty w the from door lock so we used the garage for entering/exiting. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Rental near Downtown Flagstaff!!

This property was very spacious for our 11 family members!! The 3 livingrooms with TVs were a hit with everyone. The open concept kitchen was very nice to talk with family while making dinners.. We played many games of pool on the regulation size pool table! It was very nice to have the extra refrigerator downstairs in the kitchenette for our drinks. We loved the decks and patio propane fireplace. The Ponderosa Trail was just down the hill from the patio. We walked it everyday!! This is a must rental for families... we definitely will be back in the future

Great Family Place

Pretty much the nicest place our family (8 adults, 6 kids) has stayed for our annual vacation (we’ve been all over the country). Great location. Best equipped (especially kitchen). Master suite is huge. Beautiful setting next to woods and greenway. Everything up to date and first class. Could use one more bath, but we made do. Close to many attractions including national parks and monuments. We basically used it like hub and spokes with day trips to attractions.
