The location was great, walking distance to all the attractions, with lots of good places to eat nearby. The hotel was unusual in that it consisted of a group of rooms in an otherwise residential building, so there wasn't any staff on site, and check-in was done at a less convenient location in a pedestrian mall our taxi couldn't get to. It also made it difficult to communicate when we had a problem with our TV and then with our A/C. But it was comfortable and clean, and well situated. No breakfast, but some mornings there were snacks left in a communal kitchen.

Overall great stay at Antico Centro Suites. Check-in instructions were clear and the hotel is in a convenient and walkable location. Hotel room itself was spacious and modern with air conditioning and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Wi-fi was decent but could be improved. Provided a small "wake up snack" (they make a point that it is NOT a breakfast), but was adequate for fueling us up in the mornings. Would stay again!

Hôtel sans réception localisé dans un très beau quartier touristique. La réception est situé à 300 mètres environ (+/- 5 minutes de marche). Chambre d’hôtel très propre, lit confortable avec une petite cuisine commune avec machine à café. À proximité de tout les attractions touristiques de la ville et de la gare. À recommander pour un beau séjour en famille à Florence.

Great location, minutes from duomo and tons of dining. It’s in a lively square with music and dining. The hotel is kind of hidden and there is no onsite registration but room was quiet and clean, had a shared dining area with morning treats and coffee, in room coffee maker, A/C, nice bathroom/shower. We checked in after hours and were sent detailed instructions to get into our room which was very convenient. When you first. Walk into the building it looks a little old and tired but the room itself was nice. It’s a mid-priced hotel so not fancy but nice enough. Checking out we had to walk to the sister facility and could not actually find the entrance. That was the only inconvenience. I would stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and super modern and clean. The bathroom was really big with a jet tub and all very clean and well appointed. They had a little morning snack in a common area that was just enough to get your day going with a coffee and pastry. The location is central and you can walk to everything you want to see in Florence. The staff was extra helpful, sending messages with very clear instructions on how to check in, etc. they even have a relationship with a parking garage nearby making it very easy if you have a car. The beds were big and comfortable and the sheets and pillows were fresh and abundant.

A wonderful hotel room. Building once were huge 1800 apartments, that were divided into large units. High ceilings, two blocks from the Duomo complex. Great value. Highly recommended.

Having to check in at another location was a bit of a hassle but the staff was very friendly. Parking was very from from where we were staying so we opted to park somewhere else. The room itself was very nice. Right in the middle of everything, shopping, dining, and very short walk to the Duomo.
