The rooms have been updated and the outside is being painted when we walked in we were so impressed and thought wow. Unfortunately money hasn’t been spent on cooling in the main area which also includes amazing outdoor seating there is only one fan. One fan in the bedroom and a split system air con that didn’t work properly we were so hot in the unit it took away from our enjoyment of what was actually a great place

Very average for the price
Book an Executive 1 bedroom apartment with Ocean View for a 3 night stay. This apartment was ground floor with barely an ocean glimpse. We were mostly looking at the pool fence with almost no privacy at all. This room (#7) is the worst room so if you have booked this category make sure you call and request any other ocean view room. Very disappointed given the rate we paid over Easter. I checked with the on-site manager as the photos online show a very different view. The room itself was comfortable but FILTHY floors left our feet black. The microwave was also broken and not able to be used.

The apartment was spotless clean, and so conveniently located, walking distance to everything you need for a lovely stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the apartment has its aircon, tv, coffee machine etc working perfectly, making it all so comfortable! You wake up to the sound of the ocean which is literally across the street. Lisa was lovely. We will definitely be back!!

The unit itself was beautifully furnished, clean and in a great spot. It’s in a lovely quiet area and with lovely views. Everything had been well thought out in terms of the space with the exception of only three seats in the living room instead of 4. But the dining area was very roomy, the balcony easy to use with space to put beach items and for drying items too. Air cons in the bedrooms and very slow fans only in the living areas which made for warm days. Parking underneath is very tight. We had quite a mix up with the check in that could have been dealt with quite easily. Unfortunately the husband of the management team chose to be rude and aggressive to me. The wife was extremely apologetic and polite afterwards. It was a huge dampener on the start of the holiday and made interactions tricky after that. My advice do not except an early check in from this property. They cannot cope with it even though it was their suggestion. They did not compensate me in any way for it either. There are no lifts in this building and it’s 3 storeys high. Also the pool has no shade until very late afternoon. A lovely unit if you have a short stay however and a good walking distance to Coolum beach and restaurants along the boardwalk.
