We had a triple room for three adults but this room is too small for that. It would probably be okay for a couple and a small child. There really wasn't much room for the suitcases and to move around. That being said, the location is close to the train station, bus depot, restaurants, markets and some of the central sights.

Never ever leave a review I usually turn a blind eye to the usual inconveniences and poor facilities, but this was too far, had a 3 night stay, when we arrived we couldn’t get into the hotel as the door was locked for a good 20 minutes before reception finally realised, once inside we weren’t given an apology or even spoken too, the two women that were working couldn’t be paid to smile or say hello, so rude, our toilet leaked everytime we would flush it, weird wet substance dripping down our door from the roof the whole time, couldn’t charge phone anywhere but the bathroom, “buffet” breakfast absolutely terrible, bread and some spreads and juice, rather go without, not to mention the suspicious 40 euro city tax that could for some reason only be paid in cash. Terrible place seriously ridiculous.

Very pleasant stay. Very short walk from the train station. Only disadvantage was that they didn't have any room for leaving the luggage after the check-out.

Very convenient location, easy to get around. The rooms are a little small but it’s a general thing in Florence. Clean hotel, perfect for a short stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower door. It had a weird closure system and the water would go everywhere.

Horrible Experience. The room was not that clean. The shower was only working at one side and I had to use a shower cap. The bathroom is very tiny. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked it was convenient for the town centre. I didn't like that all the power points in the room were blanked off so I found it difficult to charge my phone. I didn't like that the fridge provided was not working.

Great location. Safe. Close to station (4min), Duomo and evening. They had decent breakfast but one morning, there was a dead bird by the balcony table, next morning, coffee machine was out of order. Worst thing thing about the hotel is their service... not a single one that were welcoming/helping. Also. they were very cheap with their towels. We didn’t get our room cleaned for 3 night and when we asked for three towels on the 3rd day, they refused and told me to wait for the next morning. and I had to beg for it.

Very basic
We arrived to find the room stank of mould. I mentioned this to the front desk and was just told to open and window and they would send someone to inspect - no one ever came. There blinds on the window, which cannot be opened, but they do not stop all the sunlight so this woke me up both mornings of my stay. The shower is tiny, there is no space to move in there to wash. Also the doors/walls do not stop any sound. I could hear the cleaners working loudly each morning. Overall a very basic accommodation. I wanted to let the staff know about the shortfalls, but they were very unfriendly so I didn’t bother. The only positive is the location is great.

GREAT location - Quad room is too small for 4 ppl.
This is a GREAT location, btw. So close to the tours that are offered in the area and nearby great places to dine. I think our "room for 4" was an overstatement. It was too small for 2 adults and 2 preteens and shouldn't be marketed for families of 4. (In all fairness, while reviewing our booked hotels for our upcoming trip here, I did notice this hotel offered a room of much smaller square footage than our others. I tried to change to a hotel with bigger rooms but unfortunately this reservation was non-refundable.) So WORD TO THE WISE, check square footage on your rooms (or don't book at non-refundable hotels). Lesson learned. Staff was good enough. The breakfast hall happened to be on our floor. Convenient and great for all we needed. AC worked (unlike our Rome hotel), and the shower was that typical European style. This had 4 walls thankfully, but a flat floor, so water flooded out as usual. No vent in bathroom. Got a little damp and gross in there by end of stay. Anyhow, locationwise (train nearby and great restaurants), this place is hard to beat. It was just too small for family of four. They should market that differently.

Overall very good, walkable to most of the places and very close to the train station.Room is very small, almost not much space to walk in the room. Breakfast was good but very limited options.
