The room was good and the stay was fine, until I was a litte late checking out. I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes I'm very exhausted. I slept in because of it and thry informed me i needed to leave because it was check out time. When I didn't move fast enough the front desk lady was very rude to me. I will not be staying there again

We didn't even stay the night because the room was dirty, there was someone else's hair all over the tub, the room smelled off, there were stains everywhere on the walls, and there were LOTS of shady characters walking around shirtless outside. And unfortunately, by the time we checked in, housekeeping was already gone, so there was nothing to be done about the issues. Thankfully, a friend in town had an extra room at a different hotel.

Because I was sent to a property at the end of the lot where a number of working men and trucks were parked and I was staying alone I did not feel safe nor would I get any rest. In addition, when I opened the the room appeared to be in need of updating and the bedskirt was stained and dirty.

Housekeeping wasn't very attentive. The first day she only emptied the trash and left towels. Had to go ask for a couple coffee paks. Did not leave them, creamer or cups or make bed. The second day she left the coffee stuff and emptied trash did not take dirty towels or leave clean ones. We caught her in the hall and gave her ours and asked for clean ones. Other than that everything was great.
