The neighborhood is very quiet and well served by bus service both day and night.

The private room is located on the first floor of the chalet, without a lift.
Inside you will find all the comforts such as air conditioning, free wifi, television, iron and clothesline.
Private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Shared kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and various utensils.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes walk from Viale Europa, which is particularly suitable for shopping. 5 minutes away is the Gavinana shopping center.
You reach the center with a 10-minute walk and nearby there are numerous restaurants and clubs where you can eat well without paying the prices of the center.
A 15-minute walk from the Anconella park will allow you to do sports, breathing deeply!

This area has a fantastic location: one kilometer from the highway exit (Firenze Sud - viale Europa exit) for those traveling by car. At the same time it is also close to the historic center, to which you can easily go by bus but also on foot in a pleasant walk
