Staff were great, My mother who is 84 year old needed special assistance, and hotel team did a fantastic job to accamodate us. we are very thankful to ever single member of the team, specailly Aurora & Dina at front desk. we will be back!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
The hotel was centrally located - everywhere was walkable, close to the station and sights. The staff were lovely, they even gave me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. The room was nice and clean, the only problem was the broken bathroom door. Breakfast was nice and they gave us a goody bag on our last morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance to most of the major sites in Florence, definitely a plus. The bath amenities were excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. If ever in Florence again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall this is a great hotel centrally located in Florence. The surrounding area is walkable with plenty or restaurants, shopping, and easy access to transportation. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Aurora really took the time to go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even provided tourists recommendations. The hotel offers breakfast which is nice.

The room I rented was ice cold when I walked in because of the air conditioning machine blasting cold air. The hotel staff said he couldn't do anything, then he managed to turn it off. It was about 12-15c in the room. Besides this negative experience , my stay there was good. Hotel staff very helpful .

The location of this hotel is amazing to see all major sites – all within a few minutes walk. Staff (front and back) are absolutely lovely and helpful. Rooms are cleaned impeccably. I recommend that hotel room doors be upgraded with soft close hinges, because they shut loudly (almost a slam) when guests enter and leave rooms which can be heard throughout the property.

The receptionist was very friendly and provided wonderful recommendations. I would be delighted to stay there again in our future travels. It’s a 7min walk to the train station and a 3 min walk to the market.

The hotel is in a great location very near the city’s historic center. It’s nicely decorated, clean & the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are New York City small. The hotel’s biggest asset is its young staff… super friendly & helpful. If I get back to Florence I would definitely stay here again.
