Clean and comfortable space, with sufficient amenities. The sofa bed in the executive suite was not that comfortable - could feel the bed's springs when lying down.

One thing I did not like is they have to nickle and dime you for the room charges. I got there early. Tge room assigned to me is already available, but they have to charge me $20 per hour (total $80) so I can have my room. Bad customer service. By the way, I had to check out at 7:00am on my last day to catch an early flight. They got an extra 4 hours off of me. I should have asked for that extra 4 hours to nickel and dime them back.

We booked the executive suite at the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour as we had a two night stay with kids who could share a pull out sofa bed and this was the cheapest option near Christmas. We were very pleasantly surprised by what we got! The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge with a full size bath separate to the shower. We were extremely pleased to find there was a separate toilet in the loungeroom area so the kids didn’t have to come into our room at night for the bathroom. All the staff were super nice and the buffet breakfast had a really good variety. The proximity to Darling Harbour and the city was perfect. Highly recommend. We were very happy.

Great place to stay near Darling Harbor. The staff is great and guide you through the best way to go about your day (first time visitors). The breakfast buffet is great too. Plenty of options to eat around including few minutes walk to China Town. Very conveniently located near Darling Harbor where you can eat, drink, visit sea world or catch ferries to different locations including Opera House, Mainly Beach, etc

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent with convenient transportation options, and the room was quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the two queen-size beds, which were very comfortable. However, there were a couple of aspects that we found unusual and slightly inconvenient. The bedding was not what we expected—rather than using a proper duvet cover, the blanket was wrapped in two sheets. This was something we hadn’t encountered before. Additionally, the valet parking service could be improved. Guests should be informed about parking fees upfront during the parking process, rather than having to discover the charges on their own. This lack of transparency was a bit disappointing. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future if these small details are addressed.
