Great place to stay in Florence......
We 3 stayed for 2 night this week and it was a very comfortable stay there..... the room was excellect and big in size.....breakfast was good......most important, the location is spot on .....you can reach all importa t places by walk.....i would consider stay same hotel in future also.......

A beautiful small hotel in the heart of Florence. Only a short walk from the station. We had a 4 bed family room, travelling with our two children and this hotel was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with lots of local knowledge and suggestions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. So much selection and the quality of food was great. We felt safe and looked after during our two night stay. We would definitely book here again.

Overall was a good experience. The room we got had water leakage from the ceiling and the AC was not working but the staff were really nice and solved the problem immediately by moving us to another room with a perfect AC. I would definitely use the same hotel again.

This hotel was fine. The people at the front desk were friendly, though one afternoon the roof above our rooms was being worked on, making being in the room miserable, and they were not able to move us to a different room nor did they offer a discount for the room that day. The employees did not even know the maintenance was happening, and no solution was presented. There were not any hot breakfast options, which would have made the breakfast better.

Loved our stay here. Saw the hotel on Rick Steve's list and took a chance, even though its a boutique place, not a global chain. I couldn't be happier. The hotel was well located, close to all the attractions, great dining options around. Walkable to every place. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. Rooms were clear and functional. I would recommend it highly and would love to stay there again.

Poor check in with little to no interaction. Shower had someone else’s hair in it and stepped on a foreign toenail in the room. We went out for drinks at the wine bar located two feet from the front door of the hotel and got locked out by the hotel staff on our first night. As this hotel is old and only uses metal keys, we could not get back in. The desk is supposed to be monitored 24 hrs but we spent 30 minutes calling the desk, ringing the doorbell, and all three of us pounded on the door extensively. We were finally let in by a disgruntled employee who talked in circles and suddenly pretended not to understand us when we asked why the doors were locked and we were not informed of when this would occur or how we could get in. When we asked why no one answered our calls, he claimed the phone was broken. However, when we called the number while standing at the desk, the phone rang loud and clear. Since we could not receive any answer from the staff about why this happened and whether or not it would happen again we decided to move hotels. When telling the morning staff about the incident, they were not sympathetic and tried to place the blame on us. Even the staff told us that when working at night they get worried about the people who wandered the street and feel unsafe. As three young women locked out at night, we REALLY felt unsafe. After a very long conversation we were able to leave our reservation early, but not without being forced to pay for a night we did not stay.

The room itself, location, and hotel staff were all great! Although there were cafes downstairs, we were surprised by how quiet it was in our room. The area is convenient with lots of nearby restaurants and a 2 min walk to the laundromat. Only con (which wasn’t too big of a deal) is that there were no elevators so be prepared to carry luggages up to the lobby. Again not too big of a deal. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Perfect Boutique Hotel
We stayed one night at this clean and modern hotel. The desk clerks were very accommodating and made sure that our stay was perfect. Location is very close to Duomo and Accademia. There’s lots of good food nearby as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location close to attractions and Firenze SMN. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. It’s right in the midst of restaurants and shops in a historic building. There aren’t many rooms which was a plus in my opinion. It seems to sort of operate as more of a boutique or bed and breakfast type place. It’s great, I’d stay here again and recommend.
