Check in processwas good and information provided was great.
About 5 minutes after getting into our room, we received a call from reception advising they gave us the wrong room. We were asked to go back t reception to get key to the correct room. Room was in level 4.
About 10 minutes in the room the safety switch went off, this happened twice, I called reception to advise. They sent someone to come and check (twice he didn't know what to do or check for) he turned the TV on and 5 minutes later left the room. This happened about 4 times before I called reception again and asked for room change, he response was " I don’t know if we can as you booked a balcony room, I told him we can not stay in a room that had power/electricity issues, he then tld me to hold on and he hung up the phone".
We had to go back to reception, the receptionist then went t speak to someone else, who came and spoke to us and told us they are arranging another room for us.
The start of our stay was frustrating, however the rest of the stay was good. Reception staff always said hello when we walked past.
Plenty of variety for breakfast and very close to the train station.
