Friendly staff. Hotel is handy to train station and walkable to Florence attractions. Breakfast buffet has great options and plenty to eat. Bar available and nice seating area if you wish to use.

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I even dropped my earrings without noticing, and they placed them safely on my bed for me. The room was spacious, towels and linens were changed daily, and the breakfast had great variety. Highly recommend!

The first room was so hot and no air condition, requested then to change it . The second room had aircon but it was leaking . The hotel in a good location but room are old. Our experience was bad due to aircon issue . Breakfast was good .

Location was great. Unfortunately the train station was noisier than expected and the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbours using the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly either which can be annoying .
