The property itself was GREAT!!!! The only complaint I had was all noise from traffic outside, if you left windows open. Other than that, this was a very convenient location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even stores your luggage at no cost. Great place to stay!!!! Definitely would recommend hotel and stay there again.

We encountered terrible staff upon arrival. I certainly didn’t mean to interrupt whatever it was he had going on to help a customer who had just come in out of the pouring rain to check in and as he was sitting at the front desk I am almost sure that was his job. Although he eventually did check us in I have been around a long time and WORK far too hard for my money to throw it away on Hotels who employ rude lazy staff. I can overlook a lot but will not accept contempt and laziness when I am paying!

Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella located behind the station which was convenient. However, quite a bit of a walk to other locations. No friendly for a person with a disability. Steps only to get inside the bldg. The elevator to get to rooms worked however for breakfast there are stairs and the elevator to get to the 2nd floor was not working most of the time. When we arrived no one offered to help me with the suitcases, and it was myself and my son who has some limitations.

Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests. The room was clean and I loved the patio area.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station, and also close to main tourist attractions and bars and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean and had a great view over the city. The room was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

This place was so great! Breakfast had many options and great food. They even have access to free water so you can refill your water bottles as much as you'd like! Across the street from Santa Maria Novella train station. Room was great and comfortable. The shower didn't have a door but we managed. AC was heavenly!! We sometimes had to turn it off because we got cold so that was great!

The hotel is right across from the train station. The trams run all the time so that was noisy along with thin walls within. Staff was helpful - recommended taking tram to airport which was easy and cheaper than taxi. Only issue was the bar never seemed to be open or at least no one seem to be working it.

Room has no drinking water. When asked for it they said we are a 3 star hotel and you can get water from the vending machines. Our website does not state we will provide water on the room Injury hazard - while stepping out from the bathtub which is rather higher than normal your foot could very likely hit a protruding 3/4 of an inch of door stopper placed on the floor of the washroom right in the middle length of the outside of the bathtub. Breakfast : no toaster , they use a press grill as a toaster. The cereal dispenser knobs are so loose that most cereal drops to the base of the dispenser than the bowl . The juice dispenser dispenses water and sugar syrup. The croissants even though seemed hit and fresh, were raw and it was like putting raw dough in your mouth. And much more

Next to the train station, very helpful staff, great breakfast, nice rooms. Was slightly noisy because of the trains but not bad. Would recommend staying here!
