Fridge was small. No microwave. Stayed at 135$ room in Ashburton, 165$ room in Greymouth, both had larger fridges, Greymouth one had microwave. Wanted to warm up Pizza, had to eat it cold. Other than that, stay was good. The shower was fantastic! Loved the air conditioning.

Cleanliness 10/ 10. Comfortable beds. heated electrical pad on the mattress. 35 minute walk to downtown. 10 min walk to train station. Pleasant receptionist. Functional kitchenette, but basic. Tiny fridge. New beautiful bathroom. no Netflix but cable TV. New carpet and no bad smells They have king bedrooms with one king bed. They have twin bedrooms with 2 double beds and these rooms are large. They have king bedrooms with an extra twin bed. Some bedrooms on the ground floor, and some you have to climb stairs. You can request extra beds to some of the rooms.

Good affordable place to stay
Stayed one night as a quick stop over before carrying on with rest of trip. Simple room, nice patio, great restaurant to eat at. Only downside was the bed mattress - I felt like I was sinking, not too comfortable for me. Everything was only minutes away. Lovely service from front desk.
