The hotel check-in process was very good. The hotel is very centrally located just a 10 minute walk from the train station and minutes away from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room included daily breakfast which was tasty and a very good variety. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed in three hotels during our trip to Italy and this was our favorite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was hearty, and the location was perfect: a very easy walk from the train station and just a few steps from the Duomo. It couldn't be a better location! There were only three rooms in our little "cul de sac" and we enjoyed very quiet evenings. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a great location. It was a very vibrant area with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and the rooms were very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone was so nice. We met the owner and she was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Asia and Laura were superb. The staffs’ knowledge and assistance certainly enhanced our stay in Florence. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Strange. Hotel is on 3rd floor of building. Shared lift and stairs with other tenants of the building. Potential for anybody to be wandering around the corridors. Staff are great. Breakfast cold continental only with limited choices which ran out quickly. Tiny little plates and bowls. Cramped. No view apart from dirty alley with homeless sleeping in it. Room clean. Tea and coffee making in room but not restocked. One bottle of water for the entire stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to the train station and the Duomo. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Laura, the receptionist was gracious and extremely helpful. Even though the room was mostly soundproof, we were on the street side, and one of the nights was very loud all through the night. Even with earplugs. Besides that, it was very, very nice stay.

This hotel was great. Very friendly staff, open to assist with any need. Laura at the front desk was amazing. Location is perfect for sightseeing on foot in Florence, and the staff were incredibly helpful! Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the dome. We were sad we had to miss breakfast to catch an early flight.
