The fridge did not work, even after reporting it in the arrival. The Air condicioner stopped working correctly the second day. Bad Staff response who did not accept the problem… then did nothing about it. Considered even sleeping at the Lobby. Will Never stay again.

We arrived early, before check-in. The hotel staff was helpful to let us store our bags and review a map with us for good restaurant choices. The staff was always very polite and helpful. We appreciated the free water bottles at the reception, plus good coffee and snacks. Great location, just down the street from the train station and walking distance to all of the tourist sites. Very clean and spacious room. We made a perfect choice for a hotel in Florence.

Extended stay for 1 night and was able to keep same room w/o moving was convenient. However, this hotel was not my original booked reservation, and I was put across the street in this same owner hotel which didn't seem to have the value as the original booking and for the price paid.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
L’albergo è molto gradevole, al terzo piano di un palazzo a 5 minuti dalla stazione e 5 dal mercato di s lorenzo. Struttura pulita e curata, personale molto cordiale e gentile. Camera pulita, spaziosa e luminosa, letto comodo. Bagno piccolissimo ma doccia di dimensioni accettabili (peccato per un paio di mattonelle a pezzi dentro la cabina). Colazione buona.

Vicino alla stazione. A due passi dalle maggiori bellezze architettoniche e artistiche. Il fantastico mercato centrale è nelle immediate vicinanze. Camere spaziose e pulite. Con la finestra chiusa schermo totale dai rumori della strada. ottima la colazione

Hotel acogedor, con personal amable y habitación limpia. El desayuno buffet, correcto, aunque hubiera puesto algún salado más, abundaban más cosas dulces. La cama era cómoda, y el mobiliario (armario, escritorio, nevera) aunque parecía algo viejo cumplía su función. El baño un poco estrecho y la ducha no tenía demasiada presión de agua, pero era suficiente.

部屋はフロントから階段であがる屋根裏部屋の様な一人部屋でした。 小さい部屋ですが一人には十分な広さ。 窓を全開であけて身を乗り出せばドゥオモとジョットの鐘楼の美しい景色がみえます。 細かいことを言うとベッドとシャワルームの小ささ、湯量の少なさ、駅までの道がスーツケースありだと少し大変なこと、朝食のマシーンで入れる飲み物があまり美味しくなかった気がします。 でも旅によく行く方は気にならないレベルだと思います。 階段ありますがスーツケースはスタッフさんが運んでくれます。荷物も預かってくれたり、他の対応もすごく良かったです。
