Close to the train station and plenty of shopping and restaurant areas. Could use a bit of an update, but it was clean inside. Bathroom in our room was very tight. Water pressure was very low at times, but we were never without hot water. Decent place to stay on a budget.

Awesome Hotel and centrally located.
The room was awesome. Large with a small balcony. 2 extra chairs and table, mini fridge, and small desk. The water pressure and water temperature were not the great. It took a long time for the hot water to come through. The staff was excellent. The room was quiet even though we were on a busy street. I had 3 keys and a Fob to manage my access. I would change that and add electronic apps to the doors to eliminate having to keep up with keys. There is a small elevator but there are two small steps you need to go up to get to the elevator. I definitely would stay here again. It’s located in a central part of Florence just a block from the Market and super close to the train station.

Perfect small spotted room !
The room isn’t very spacious so for our family with a crib, that wasn’t the perfect setup for a room. The room is perfect for couple and It is very well located. The breakfast included it just perfect, at the restaurant La cocotte !

Great location a short walk from the central station and the metro. Lovely little apartment but the double sofa bed in the lounge room was a single foldabed and the shower was very mouldy.

Nice place, very close to railroad and very close to main attractions and Art Center. The front desk people were helpful and pleasant. The rooms and bathroom were very small. No phone, no restaurant, although they have agreements with local places for food. Very easy to get around. AC ran a little hot the 1st night, then the weather cooled and it was better,

近中央市場，食嘢無難度。早上可買出名的牛肚包做早餐，市場裹的比外面車仔檔的牛肚包好味很多。酒店在2樓，有電梯。性價比高。只是中午house keep執完房無幫我鎖門，回去時房門沒有上鎖。貴重品不要留在房間。治安比預期好，街上常見警察及軍人。酒店房間不大，只用來睡覺休息沖涼一流，反正旅行也是為了explore the city,酒店提供了基本的設備。雪櫃的水和汽水是免費的，喝完了還可以問櫃臺再取，每天執房更會refill.有甚麼比大熱天回到酒店有罐冰汽水更完美。非常滿意4天的住宿。check in時職員詳細地講解了費羅倫斯的周邊及景點，更告知泊車點及要留意的ZTL.

Hotel is in a very good in Florence -- near the train station and just a few blocks away from the city center. It's close to a grocery store, shopping market, and there are restaurants open late just two blocks away. This B&B is on an upper floor of what looks like a former residential building (there is an elevator but it is very small) so there isn't a traditional 24-hour reception. However, it was possible to access the property 24 hours a day after checking in. We were in Florence on a very hot day. The A/C unit was small, but it was enough to cool the room down eventually and keep it cool.

Conveniently located to the train station in Florence. Very busy location and limited check in hours. But, they will store your luggage and the rooms are updated and clean.

Superb Hotel
The room is clean, cosy, comfortable and spacious. There is attention to every little details from the owner. The location is near to Mercanto Centrale and train station. The breakfast is served at a cafe beside the building. Please inform the owner if you are checking in earlier than the stated time.

Loud room by reception, good location
The front desk guy was helpful in having us store our bags pre check in and post check in. He explained the town and where we should go. It was close to the shopping piaca and mercator for amazing food. The room itself was super loud - I didn't get much sleep because the bed wasn't comfortable and since our room was right by reception we could hear everything - the phone ringing, people talking, door buzzer.. It felt like I was sleeping in a hallway. I am usually not a light sleeper. Otherwise good location, ok for short term stay. The minibar isn't anything to brag about though.
