The Novello was perfect. From the arrival to the departure. Professional staff, beautiful and clean room and fabulous breakfast. Be sure to try the homemade savory breakfast tart!

A wonderful bed and breakfast close to all the main sights as well as to a good range of restaurants and bars. The 500 year old frescos in the breakfast room added a special touch.

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast. Rooms are elegant and beautifully styled (the frescoed room is incredible), and wonderfully quiet. Keep In mind 2 rooms are off the breakfast room so you will hear the breakfast guests start at 7:30 but no tourist sleeps past 7:00 am in Florence, there are so many things to see and do! Breakfast is wonderful, in quality and selection, make sure to try the tasty egg and potato pie made by the mother of the family. Martina, with her cousin Jacopo helping, are warm, lovely and helpful hosts, who really care about the guests and the property.

Great place, happy to recommend!
Very good location, not too touristic area and close to good restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly and helped us find a garage just around the corner of the B&B (essential in Florence where it’s not allowed to go by car everywhere). The room was big with comfortable bed and brand new bathroom. The breakfast was very good as well. Really recommend this place.
