Dear [Marlin Waterloo Hotel Management],
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, as my experience fell far short of the standards I expected.
When I booked my room, I was explicitly promised a soundproof space where I could enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Throughout the night, I was disturbed by the constant noise of trains and cars passing by, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep properly. The lack of soundproofing was extremely frustrating and disrupted what was supposed to be a restful stay.
Additionally, my room included a sofa bed, which was entirely inadequate for a comfortable night’s sleep. The mattress was of poor quality, offering little to no support, and I woke up feeling tired and uncomfortable. For a hotel of your reputation, I expected much better.
I trust that you take guest feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation and outline the steps you are taking to ensure that other guests do not experience similar issues in the future. Additionally, I feel some form of compensation is warranted for the inconvenience I endured.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
[joshua Evans
