Beautiful iconic hotel - we had a friendly and helpful shuttle driver and had a great check in experience, a nice clean room, comfortable beds, and good experience in the restaurant. My only complaint was trying to book the shuttle for the ride back to the airport the front desk lady was miserable and unhelpful.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms super spacious and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there immensely.

We were at the Brown hotel for a wedding. Love the history around this hotel and we had a great time. Room was on the 10th floor. Room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Also, it was very quiet. Nothing like some of the newer hotels we have stayed in with walls as thin as paper. Only issue we had was the large closet didn’t have a light but everything else was excellent.

Brown Christmas
We spent Christmas here. It was wonderful. Their Holiday Brunch was over the top, the food is incredible at every venue. The bar is advertised as one of the 15th best in the world, and I believe that. Parking is easy. Staff is great.

Beautiful hotel with charming historical flavor! Some updates would be more desirable The rugs in the room were a little musty and the single pillows were flat. Bed was however comfortable and the room was very spacious. Walk in closet but only one robe also there wasn’t any waters in the room. The food and signature drinks were amazingly good. You can’t leave this hotel before trying the famous Hot Brown.
