I’m giving the hotel a 4 star as everything was great including the breakfast & staff it’s just the wifi wasn’t that good! it’s walking distance to restaurants, train station, and tourist attractions.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and freindly. We liked how we could walk to any of the major sites in Florence from this location. As well, the breakfast offered a reasonable choice of meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for something clean, quiet, and convenient.

A small boutique Hotel very well located with all needed amenities. Staff is extremely helpful. I loved the small quotes on the walls. Made me feel home.

The concierges were extremely helpful and friendly. They prepared our room very quickly when we got there early and we checked in before check in time. AC didn’t work properly and it was 30 degrees outside so the main complaint was that it was too hot in the room. Everything else was fantastic

Great location and staff!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and staff were excellent. The AC wasn’t very good in our room. Also, there is no AC in the area outside your room, when waiting for the elevator. The lobby has good AC. But we were able to get a fan from the front desk. We had breakfast a few times and it was overall okay. Bedding was comfortable. I would stay there again, but not during warm weather.

An oasis in a very busy (during the summer) part of the city! We loved our stay here! So many things that make this location great: the location to the duomo and train terminal, the amazing and friendly staff, a very good breakfast, and the fun rooms with great air conditioning. First time visiting Firenze
Had a four night stay. The hotel is well located close to the main train station, the main attractions and best restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. David the day manager gave us great advice with food choices and things to see and do. We will surely stay at the hotel when we return to Florence. A good, clean and value for money boutique hotel right in the centre of Florence.

Incredible hotel! The location was very close to Santa Maria Novella station and the main attractions in Florence. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations ans also provided some small touches that we won’t forget about Florence!
