Excellent stay. Walking distance to the train station and close to the leather market and duomo. Nice amenities like water and juice in the room and the front desk staff was so nice and accommodating. Would stay again for sure!

The hotel is nice enough, but there is an overpowering, unpleasant smell of detergent or perfume or something on the sheets. It makes the whole room smell. We almost slept with the window open.

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Giovanny at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!”
