Love this location! CVS right across the road and liquor store beside the hotel. Great location with a few blocks to the heart of the action. I love this location! Staff was super friendly too!

Overall my stay wasn’t bad, but I did have a bad experience during check in. I had to switch my room twice due to cleanliness reasons. The third room wasn’t perfect but it was much better than the others. The only thing missing was a mini fridge which I was able to live without. If you don’t like the room your given ask for a different one.

Loud noises door slamming could hear arguments seems like lots of partying. Perhaps the walls are paper thin. Doors slamming till 2:00 a.m. in the morning

I liked the hotel. It had kiosks to check in , the hotel also had a patio where you can order drinks and sit outside. One issue that we had was that there was people knocking really early in the morning at our door. The rooms and just as the pictures, it’s enough for 2 people , still comfortable though. Checkout was nice and easy as well. I would come back.

Stayed in YOTEL for a night with a friend got the premium triple room, room was nice and clean however had some signs of wear, not an issue just a couple things here and there that makes it look a little dated, everything was functional and I loved the self check in. Staff was very nice. Will likely be returning for my next trip to NYC

We had breif interactions with only 2 staff memebers. They were both such pleasant interactions. They were super kind and helpful. One was the cleaning lady we saw on our way out. She couldnt provide us with what we needed but you could tell she genuinely wanted to figure out a way to solve our problem. Which she did! Thank you YOTEL and please show your staff some extra appreciation on our behalf!!

The Yotel was an amazing and surprisingly rightly priced option. The location is just perfect being in the heart of it all. Being my first time in the big apple it was definitely worth it, and will be booking this hotel every-time I’m back. The staff was more than welcoming and very professional answering every question I had. The view was amazing from the room and the room itself was amazing even though it was small it was still more than enough room for my partner and I. 10/10.

I really enjoyed my time at YOTEL. The night was great as the bed was soft and floor was really quiet. I really appreciate how they allowed me to extend for a late checkout. I would definitely suggest this hotel to others.
