The room was not the best . The TV was difficult to operate, and I had to call the management. Also, there was a ironing board but no iron. I called for a iron and they brought me one with only 1 prong and off course it did not work The vent keep blowing nothing but cold air. I called the front desk, and they were not able to address the problem, and I ended up turning it off completely. They had 1 tiny trash can which quickly became overflowed. The staff was Ok , but the hotel left a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again .

No really. The carpets were dirty and daily room cleaning was poor. Limited to just changing towels. But the worst of all was the reception personnel. They were cold, poorly communicative and sometimes nasty. However, we loved the guy who picked up us from the airport. John, the bus shuttle driver. Kind, courteous and attentive.

There was someone else’s hair on the bathtub floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Yuk! The walls between rooms were so thin, we could hear others entire conversations. The breakfast bar was awful. Scrambled eggs floating in water. Will never stay there again.

We booked this hotel unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled following a long trip from Europe. The primary reason we chose this hotel was the advertised free airport shuttle service. At approximately 4:00 p.m., I called the hotel to request the shuttle, following the instructions provided on your website. We experienced a long wait before someone answered the call. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered was extremely impatient and informed us that there was no driver available at the hotel. When I asked about alternative arrangements, I was told, “I don’t know.” I then asked whether we could take an Uber and be reimbursed, to which she replied “no” and abruptly ended the call. Contrary to the information provided, the hotel is not as close to the airport as advertised. As a result, we had no choice but to take an Uber, which cost us USD 25. In addition, the hotel itself appears quite old. The room was small, and there were several visible stains on the bedding. Given the circumstances and the unavailability of the promised shuttle service, I kindly request reimbursement for the USD 25 Uber expense. I look forward to your solution.

Bathrooms need to be painted. Shower curtains have mold on them. Both mornings there were issues with the continental breakfast service. When I checked out the lady was very unpleasant.
