MY WORSE EXPERIENCE IN VERY LONG TIME .THEY CANCELED THERE SHUTTLE RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SNOW STORM AND .WHEN I finally got there the elevator wasnt working properly. Then the room that iwas give the whole fl and the room reeked of smoke..then I had to go down get another room . Which was ok . But when I finally settled in go to take a bath there was no soap of any kind hand or wash. Then I lay down to watch some Tv. The tv wasnt working couldnt change channels .this is now 11 pm. Also the temperature you couldn't control it so it was cold at times. Next day spoke to the person in the lobby asked to speak to manager. Never happened he was not available at any point one excuse after the other was what I got.. Now getting ready to go to the airport road where clear again no shuttle which was the main reason. I chose them in the first pl also they had decent reviews,which obviously weren't real. I felt the pl was mismanaged and unsatisfactory..I had to take an uber to the airport. Spent 30$ extra and no compensation of any kind . Finally get home I check my bank statement only to find they also charged me. 10.89$ for i don't know what .. So a room that was,139$ turned out to be 180.. ridiculously inexcusable.. never again..PS was given the manager Email to repond never got back to me ..

Elevator button in main lobby was not working; the receptionist had to go up to upper floor to send elevator down. Our room smelled like marijuana. The heat in the room ticked loudly all night like it was breaking; we couldn’t sleep. The drain in sink in our room was broke. Very disappointing overall.

First off the lady at front desk never got off her chair to welcome us. The walls were thin and could her next door neighbors. They heating and air conditioning cycled every 15 seconds between off and on. Ended up turning off unit so we could sleep. Water never got hot for shower.

I stayed here recently for a four night stay. When I got to the hotel, they tell me it will be another $100 for a damage deposit which I will get back after my stay. I was then told that they recently started charging extra for parking but I would get three free nights. I was never told that you had to be a wyndham member to get the free nights. When I saw it hit my bank account I went and asked. That's when she told me I had to be a member to get the free nights. So now I've paid an additional $140 on top of what I was quoted for the room. Had I known this ahead of time, I would've booked somewhere else. Then, on top of that, the elevator button on the lobby floor was not working and they originally said that you had to walk up the steps to at least the first floor then get the elevator from there. I am handicapped and don't do steps very well so I told them if that was the case, then they needed to move me to the first floor. The lady at the front desk called someone from maintenance and sent him up the steps to bring the elevator down for me. VERY INCONVENIENT! Finally, after I got home and looked at my bank statement, they charged me twice. I went to the bank to dispute the second charge. So if I'm ever in the Philadelphia area again, I will definitely not book there again.

The room itself was fine, but load pipes in wall and the door let lots of noise from the hall in, including the elevator bing ... Staff was friendly and helpfull. On my last day breakfast could not be serviced as someone failed to come in to work. Particularly the cleanliness of the halls (carpet) and the stair cases could use more attention.
