I stayed here recently for a four night stay. When I got to the hotel, they tell me it will be another $100 for a damage deposit which I will get back after my stay. I was then told that they recently started charging extra for parking but I would get three free nights. I was never told that you had to be a wyndham member to get the free nights. When I saw it hit my bank account I went and asked. That's when she told me I had to be a member to get the free nights. So now I've paid an additional $140 on top of what I was quoted for the room. Had I known this ahead of time, I would've booked somewhere else. Then, on top of that, the elevator button on the lobby floor was not working and they originally said that you had to walk up the steps to at least the first floor then get the elevator from there. I am handicapped and don't do steps very well so I told them if that was the case, then they needed to move me to the first floor. The lady at the front desk called someone from maintenance and sent him up the steps to bring the elevator down for me. VERY INCONVENIENT! Finally, after I got home and looked at my bank statement, they charged me twice. I went to the bank to dispute the second charge. So if I'm ever in the Philadelphia area again, I will definitely not book there again.
