This hotel is old and dated. The bathroom in my room smelled so badly of mildew I had to keep the door closed. It was dingy and the mirror was all messed up. The backing had been pulled off in areas and then it was hung back up. It was also slim pickings at breakfast. They didn't even have juice. I would not stay here again.

The main lobby and grounds were immaculate, my room smelled really nice bed this time not so comfortable and there were a few items from the person before me makeup, prescription, and the shower curtain should've been cleaned it wasn't good i actually took put it over the bar when I showered and the tub nozzle where the water comes out could've been cleaned more i also didn't like when I was getting off elevator one of the workers were carrying clean towels in her arms to put in a room should've had them in a bag our clothes are dirty then going to put them in someone's room als they should probably invest in a small bell at the desk so when there's nobody there sometimes you stay in there for a good while before anybody even notices that you're out there

The bed was messy, sheets not property tucked in when I arrived. It seemed as though it was hastily prepared. Sparse supplies in the bathroom, no water to drink the room and breakfast was less than desirable. I commented that the bacon was cold and the attendant said well is safe to be eaten cold.

The staff that checked us in was pleasant and helpful! It was unclear to me when booking the room, that parking would cost an additional $10. There are 2 hotels in the area with the same name. It would have been helpful to have the address listed with the confirmation/reminder text. We wish we could have stayed another day so overall very pleased and will absolutely choose this option again. Thank you!

It was clean did see some hair in corners of bathroom. Coffee maker down in Lobby also cleaner was in hallway I gave her a tip and my room number. I guess they no longer make your bed towel on floor did not change. I was upset my point of the tip was to have room cleaned. She got me!

I did the online check in. So check in was pretty quick. Only difference is I made a special request online saying I would Like a room away from the elevator end of the hall top floor. She put me on the 2nd floor two doors away from the elevator because the rooms were not clean at 4:30pm! On the 4th floor. The room was overall clean, but the bathroom had hair in the tub, and floor.

Im just not pleased with charging to park during your stay. I figure if I stay for three nights you're charging me $409.00 for my stay so why charge $10 a night to park. Otherwise, everything was good!

Lower your expectations, or book elsewhere.

The room was clean at a glance but it's abundantly clear that corners are heavily cut. For example, I went to pull out a chair at the desk and it was "philthy" - not long-term grime, but like someone had been using the chairs to tie their dirty work boots. Our bathroom had half-full coke bottle behind the door, which pretty much guarantees that the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. The mirror-strip on the headboards were gross. The elevator was philthy. The hallways were philthy. In general I felt like a mild inconvenience for the front desk staff. The breakfast was a joke. Poor selection, no napkins, no plastic-ware with which to eat, no clean tables, and, surprise surprise, no staff (also texting when finally located). All of this makes it impossible to trust that they are treating the food or any sanitation with any real concern. I'm not a picky guest, I'm pretty easy to please and am usually slow to leave damaging reviews. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps assume people are having a bad day or have other circumstances contributing to such issues. But it seems chronic. I'd say perhaps they are short-staffed, but every employee I saw was using their cell phone. None of them were quick to put them down in the presence of a waiting guest.
