When we got to the room, my sheets were dirty and had some type of animal type hair on them. I notified the front desk four times before somebody came up to my room and finally changed the sheets after two hours of waiting. The staff just didn’t seem that friendly

Had a big line upon showing up with no staff at the front desk at all, waited for ten minutes before one staff member showed up and finally got checked in , when I turned the tv cable had no services running they came and fixed it but then it later was off line again, breakfast should state what it is, no eggs , o meat , just some cereal and bread , but this place is close to the airport and it was super clean

My first room that was given to me the seemed OK at first but as I entered the bed was completely unmade! The second room seemed OK at first. I tried turning on the light switch upon enterering and there was no light, which turned out did work for a light strip under the TV!!! The light above the kitchen did not work either. The microwave oven had no glass plate. The light above the window worked intermittently ( and was repaired) the TV remote was functionally intermittent. The AC in the room had to be shut off because there was no warm blanket available. The breakfast was severely paltry, bread , some yogurt and a pancake machine. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay $10 a night for my car, nothing had been indicated about this when I booked the reservation, the parking lot was almost empty in front. The apparent lack of communication, seeming lack of concern or attempt to make some kind of adjustment at $150 a night (2 nights) was compounded by one of the staff that said to me we'll do better next time to which I replied that there would be no next time. I do not recommend this Wyndham property to anyone. This is a poorly managed one. I have stayed at other properties and had no issues.

2nd stay in less then a week. Room was missing basics, no trash can, no toilet paper, soaps for shower empty. Bathroom was dirty, ac unit was making a plethora of noises all night, and wall thermostat did not work and looked like its seen better days. Reception was pleasant this time and helpful unlike previous stay. Breakfast had cereal? And some yogurt, other bins empty. Easy pass on this place for future reference. Btw $10 a night parking not advertised until you arrive.
