I will not stay here again. Apparently the carpet & chairs had been cleaned , I guess. The floor was quite wet! We were offered by the very nice check in person a change of rooms but that wasn’t good because we had to get out to Lincoln Stadium. We settled on extra towels to soak up damp flood. The clerk came to the room. The chairs were wet as well, we got our clothes wet upon sitting there. The cleaning person who cleaned the room did a poor job not even wiping & sanitizing the room counters. First time in Micro tel.. last. I also can’t understand a $250 deposit against a card.. more than the cost of the room. I took pictures of the dirty areas that were not cleaned because we discovered this problem just before check out and at that point I forgot. I do have pictures. Just find out the cleaning person for the room that day.. Terrible!!The wetness was absolutely the worst!!!

Very good area, close to Philadelphia airport. Large and very clean room. Standard American breakfast, very good. The only downside is the deposit amount, which is much higher than the average charged by other hotels.

The room was quiet and comfortable but basic. I wish it had been cleaner. Nice that coffee, etc. was available all day. I was not happy that they charged me 3x for the $250 deposit (they did ultimately refund it, 3Xs); never got a proper explanation as to why.

There was spider webs in the room. Staff was rude. Staff was serving themself breakfast before clients. No bread at breakfast for over an hour. We were told that it’s frozen and that we had to wait. I was asked in a rude manner to clean up after myself because I forgot to pick up a cup from the counter. We asked for towel in the morning and we only got them in the evening after we called and went down to reception. The room was never cleaned for seven days even when we requested cleaning it multiple times …etc

Bad night at Mircrotel
Total chaos when checking in. No one knew which rooms where clean or dirty. People were receiving keys and coming down saying the room was dirty and uncleaned from previous occupant. Waiting over an hour and a half to get our room along with a full lobby of people waiting. Then we got a key and entered an occupied room, which is terrible. The next room was clean and fine but the delay and experience could have been a lot worse had the people in the occupied room been present when we opened the door.

The carpeting in the hallway and bedroom was stained and dirty, and in desperate need of replacing. We stayed here because we needed one night near the airport between flights, so we did not have a car. There was no decent place near to get a meal. I would not return.
