The room smelled. The door did not close fully. There was insulation or something coming out of it under the latch. Requested a refund since I stayed only five minutes. Did not feel safe. Have not received a response to my refund.

Free parking and continental breakfast. It was what we were expecting based on prior reviews. Could definitely use new pillows in the room. Not very clean overall.

The staff were friendly although only one spoke English. The breakfast was good but the vending machines didn’t work. The bed was nice but the floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, only one lightbulb in the uncovered ceiling light. The door scraped against the toilet. No one cleaned the room or replaced used towels the entire four days we stayed.

Would not go back
Just needed a place to stay one night extra and thought since it was reasonable we would try it. Supposed to be nonsmoking room, was not. The drains in both the sink and tub/shower didn’t drain well. Everything was dated and didn’t want to really sit on anything.

Could have been better...
Small bathroom, the door hit the toilet opening and closing. There was an uncovered light in the bathroom, dust and wiring were visible. There were crumbs in the dresser drawer and a leftover big gulp and soda can in the fridge. There were loud slamming noises in the middle of the night. However, the pool was nice enough to relax in. The beds were comfortable. We were given more pillows when we asked for them. With a little more attention, this would be a great place.

Floors where dirty went swimming and when got back to room to change had to clean up water with a towel and the white towel came up black would not walk barefoot for sure
