Was pleasantly surprised with suite #418. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The extra toilet was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Will stay again.

Run Down Motel-expensive!
Was not expecting a motel! High price for a run down motel that hadn’t been updated since the early 80’s. The description in the listing was very misleading. Also they charge a parking fee!

Was a little hesitant to stay at a Best Western basically on CSU campus, but it was fine. Although the quality of the bed linens and furnishings are pretty cheap, all were clean and I liked that the toliet and shower were behind a closed door from the sink and vanity. The free breakfast was very good. You can’t beat the location to campus as well.

Our stay was great. We just came for one day to try out the breweries. It was a great place close to downtown and the brewery area. (We like to walk though.) The front desk was very kind and informative. We didn't get to use the pool but that was our fault. We brought our kiddo and there was plenty of room for a pack and play.

Gross! Don’t let the low price fool you. They will gouge you with charges to make up for it! I have never been assessed a charge at a hotel, but this nasty place charged me twice! First of all, I stayed here because it was pet friendly, and I needed something close to the vet school where my dog was having surgery. I didn’t realize it was so gross, I wouldn’t want my dog in it. There was absolutely no grass anywhere, and cigarette butts were everywhere! I had nowhere safe to take my dog walking. I literally had to drive him to a park to go to the bathroom. After his surgery, he had an accident on the carpet. I attempted to clean it, but a spot of clean carpet ended up being very noticeable. So, I don’t doubt they needed to shampoo that nasty place to make the clean spot less noticeable among the filth. I can accept that charge. The towel charge really makes me mad, though. First of all, every towel in that place wouldn’t add up to $75. They are old and thread bare! Second, nothing is on the towels out of the ordinary. Not even makeup! Apparently, they don’t expect you to use them. I haven’t even been away long enough for them to wash them, so it is clear they just assess this charge just so they don’t have to. This charge was absolutely absurd! I tried calling to protest it, but they obviously just use this as a ploy to force more money out of you.

Easy checkin and park right near our room. Great eating and shopping options within walking distance. Rentable bikes to tour local sites! Loved the “Colorado Room” restaurant and bar one block away - made us feel at home!
