We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel, from the easy check to the spacious size and cleanliness of both the bathroom and living area. The kitchenette was well stocked with anything one might need to prepare meals. The fitness room was clean and well equipped. Lastly, all staff was friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately our stay started poorly. The room we were assigned stunk so bad even staff couldn’t stay in it. The second room next door had a window open to air it out. We ended up going to another floor to find a suitable room. There was old food left in the fridge, something spilled all over it, spilled dried on food on the office chair. Staff were very kind and tried to make it right.

Quick Fort Collins stop
Very nice suite, very clean, very quiet, comfy bed, full kitchen! The glass wine glasses were a definite plus!! Wish we'd had more time in Fort Collins.

My sister was nice and friendly and respect should respect it was nice checking into the room not having to worry about cleaning the room before I'm packing and I'm wanting and relaxing the day I checked out I was awake extremely early I'm having a hard time dealing with the death of my fiance and I fell back to sleep and I overslept and at 11:00 the hostess came and right off the bat was rude disrespectful threatening to call the cops on me other than the one Hostess on the day of me checking out I had a great stay the staff member of the night my last night I had a toothache he was very helpful he went looking everywhere in the building to try to find me something for the pain for my tooth he went above and beyond help me

Love this place!
I travel to FOCO regularly. I prefer to stay at Candlewood. It’s always tidy and clean. I think the key has been consistency. The manager Donna has always been great, and the maintenance man even helped me with my car one time. I’m thinking the employees are treated well, which in turn means guests are treated well. Good job, and thank you!

Candlewood Suites was very nice and somewhat upscale. As a result I think they should offer an included hot breakfast. They had items for purchase in their canteen. My GPS couldn’t find the hotel. It got confused by the neighboring mall.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating during a very difficult time. My son was in an accident and I needed to be into Fort Collins. I live in hot sulfur springs which is over 3 hours away. I have a cleaning business and the rooms were a little bit dirty. Nothing I couldn't clean up. They could use a magic erasers in the bathtubs.

Bathtubs need updating lots of Gunk and adhesives, making it look rather dirty and allowing dirt to adhere to it. The bottoms of the tubs need to be magic erased. There's lots of skin that I was able to get up out of the bathtub while I was there.

Property was good and staff was helpful. However, I didn’t realize until unpacking that the stove didn’t work so if your planning on using the kitchen - verify it works first!
