This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us. It was our first time to stay there. In our spacious room was a full size refrigerator, dish washer, kitchen supplies (cups, silverware, toaster and so on). Beds were PERFECT firmness. The breakfast generous too.

Hotel and room were great! However, it was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. The people above us on the 4th floor had what sounded like a lot of people including children. When we first checked in, the children were running back and forth from one end of the room to the other. We left for dinner hoping it would be quiet when we returned. It was not. The children were still running around... FOR HOURS. Finally, called the front desk around 10 p.m. to complain. It only got worse from there. After complaining, the adults starting stomping around too! The next morning, we got to hear the man yelling and cussing at the children and then the children crying. It was awful! I complained when we checked out but was informed that they couldn't do anything for us since we reserved the room through Hotels.com and not Hilton's actual website. I let them know that maybe they should put guests with children in ground floor rooms. The whole thing was a very unfortunate experience and will probably never return to that hotel again.
