The studio room was very nice and I loved having a recliner. I would have preferred having a coffee maker in the room rather than just in the common breakfast area and you couldn’t beat the taste of what was provided there. Like most properties with some age, it could use a carpet update in the common areas.

this was my terrible experience staying at a hotel. The room carpet, the sink and bathroom was so dirty, i don t know when the last time they have cleaned it. the room was smelly too..

Front desk employee was pleasant. But getting to our room meant navigating through groups of sketchy looking people with off leash dogs congratated at all of the other entrances. The bedding was the only thing in the room that appeared clean... the carpet was disgusting with random nail clippings and other debris on the floor.

The room was fine, however my family felt unsafe due to the amount of vagrants surrounding the property. Also it was noisy outside late at night with people smoking cigarettes and loitering around the side entrance. I would never go back there.

Hotel could use a few updates, but was OK for the price. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were on a family vacation. Originally, had paid for 3 nights, but we decided to leave early and head up into to the mountains and the hotel refunded me for the third night, which is much appreciated.

Staff was great! Hallways we a bit dingy and there was an overall "closed up" smell. Floor tile was nice but the tub's finish was coming off. The walls looked "splattered" with something. A new paint job would have helped it feel cleaner. Also the trim was dusty looking. The carpet wasn't bad, but it was a bit frayed. The room was quiet. The breakfast room was very clean and modern looking. It was okay overall for the reasonable price.

Room door would not lock due to damage to locking mechanism. They moved us across the hall but every room on the second floor looked like they were broken into with crowbars!! There was damage to every door by the lock on every room😩😩
