The room was spacious, the pool was salt water instead of chlorine witch was easy on the eye's. The breakfast was delicious with several different options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even had a little store in the lobby where you could purchase snacks and beverages

I took my young daughters to breakfast right before it got over. When we walked in the breakfast room two employees were talking about shutting the doors and were angry that we came in to get breakfast. They were going in and out of the employee door slamming it and talking about us. The woman employee then rudely crowded through my daughters and proceeded to fill up a plate for herself and then proceeded back to the employees only room slamming the door. A male employee was stocking ketchup and putting things away while throwing and slamming things. My young daughters were scared and it was very uncomfortable and upsetting.

Nice area. Friendly and well kept.
The room I thought I booked was not the room we received. The manager made it right. However, for what ever reason we had to pay $7 more. Due to the error being not on our end, I would have thought the $7 would have been waived. Something to think about/ if the picture of the room is not what the guest will be accommodated with, either update the picture or don’t show pictures of room types. The stay was nice, the room once we got settled was fine. The manager was really nice.
