Island House Beach Club 1B - Right on the beach

This is a spacious first-floor apartment located right on the beach and is one flight up. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit offers a full kitchen, a private balcony, and a shared pool on site. Located mid-island on Fort Myers Beach, this is the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs. Close to local shopping, dining, and entertainment.

** PLEASE NOTE - ISLAND HOUSE BEACH CLUB WILL HAVE ONGOING BUILDING MAINTENANCE THROUGHOUT 2024 **

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. .

Great location, musty smell

The management company, Tripower, was wonderful to work with and responsive but the unit itself is very dated, though comfortable. The musty smell made it too difficult to stay for our whole vacation. My husband has asthma and it was getting worse the longer we stayed. The blanket I pulled out had stains and the faucets in the bathrooms were corroded. Needs a major update. You can't beat the location. Tripower graciously found a new place to spot immediately and always helped with anything we needed. Would recommend them but not this unit. Thank you
