Welcome to our Vacation Villa property located at the much desired North-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our one bedroom/one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make your stay comfortable. We have a spacious great room with a sofa (opens up to a full size sleeper), two comfy chairs to put your feet up, dining table for four and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen is stocked with items to make a simple or large meal during your stay. The bedroom has a queen and full size bed and large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, DVD player, linens and towels. Most importantly, from your great room, kitchen and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous.

The amenities at Vacation Villas include a large heated pool, shuffleboard and grill. There is also a laundry facility with washer and dryer. Located in the much desired North-end of the island and only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Vacation Villas neighbors Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
