I Basically would like a refund on at least one night because it was a terrible 2 nights I didn't sleep very much. Roaches were in the room toilet. Didn't work housekeeping, yelling and screaming? Having arguments with me and it's not my first time staying there first time with these issues. I woke up this morning before check out. 2 Roger's crawling up the wall from behind the refrigerator I went and bought my own raid to spray the room because office staff say there's nothing he could do. They're in a way I was gonna stay in that room with roaches called and crawling around. I couldn't even go back to sleep.

I have stayed at this property several times and this time was a real shock to me first because of roaches second because of a toilet not working and third because of a housekeeper, yelling at me being totally out of her place and I'm paying money for the room, not her I clean my room, she. Only gave me towels and wanted to yell about the fact that she gave me towels. So even though I have been there several times the issues that I alone head this trip including the fact that I bought my own roach spray so that I could try to go back to sleep after them being discovered in the darkness of the night. I will not spend my money there again. The disrespect and the yelling from a housekeeper. Who did nothing for me or the room? It's totally out of order.

The room and beds are clean. In front desk stands a monitor and you speak with an agent to check-in and check-out via this monitor and web cam. All jobs done fast and easly.

Homeless we a view of our room
I had stayed in the area and had stayed in a few hotels and had a great experience until this hotel. I had been trying to leave but needed a place to stay so I booked this place because it was inexpensive and I was broke. Do not come here if you need compassion there isn't a human in site there is a kiosk with a person behind it. Not only could we not check in. We got there at 1:30am until 3:00pm we had to wait. Then we would pay $30 and $100 deposit. So its cheap but you pay in the back end. They were unyielding so I spent my last night in my car. The money for the hotel was nonrefundable from hotels.com so I had no money to eat or gas. Overall I would never come back here I like a place with a personal touch which this place has none.
