The location is average. The AC and a noisy dehumidifier in the room ran all night. We stuffed a towel under the door to stop the fumes from the utility vehicles parked near our room which ran most of the night. We forgot our bag of laundry. I called and was told they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. I called back after a half hour; they told me I could come back to get it. I explained I was boarding a plane shortly and asked if they could ship it to me-- they had my credit card on file for incidentals and I would approve this charge. Again was told they would call back in 5 to 10 minutes, again I had to call back in a half hour. They refused to help me and told me I would have to come back for the bag. I repeated I was catching a flight, I live across the country. Again refused to help me. We had a great stay at another location. This one was awful. I won't use this chain ever again.

First time that we do a virtual check-in and check-out at a hotel with a man-machine. But it did work out good. If this helps hitels remain in business i think it is a good thing.

Too much internal room noise: Air conditioner and dehumidifier. Poor quality service at checkin. Remote Custer service requires very good acoustic fidelity. Agent hard to understand. Closed caption or graphics would be helpful.

There was absolutely no service help whatsoever, and I have to check in and wait in the lobby for 45 minutes and go on with a gentleman and a kiosk. What a joke what happened to customer service
