It was a little frustrating because I paid cash for the room but they also charged my card which I gave for the deposit. My card is Canadian funds so when they refunded the room payment I was short $7 probably due to the conversion to US dollars . Then I was shorted another $14 for the refunded deposit .(probably same reason)

It was an okay hotel. It had a bed and a tv. The bad: Roaches in the bathroom. Toilet wasn't working. Strict no visitors policies. My 2nd room card wasn't activated.

$100 refundable fee????
I was very displeased. The check in was done virtually rather than in person. I was charged an additional $100 hotel fee and was told that it would be refunded, but it hasn’t yet. I was not made aware of initially and would not have chosen this hotel had I known. The room had a dehumidifier running in the room when we arrived and there was a distinct musty odor. I would not recommend this hotel

Room had an odor (smoke and cleaning agent?)
The room had a strong odor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I suspect the smell was from smoke, perhaps combined with a cleaning agent. When I arrived home the next day, I noticed that all my clothes that were in the room had the same odor. I had to wash them immediately. There was no live person at the front desk. You talked to a screen and the person had an accent that was difficult for me to understand.

I found the room to be very clean and accommodating. Everything was great with the exception of 2 things. 1. In my second morning the maid knocked on the door to ask if I wanted my room cleaned, to which I said no. I left shortly thereafter and was gone for about 20 minutes. When I returned I noticed that someone had been in my room, my bath mat and bath towel were missing with no replacement in sight. She did come back about an hour later and ask again if I wanted service and I said no. 2. The maids were talking very loud right outside my door at 7:45 in the morning.
