We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the patio, pool and spa. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

A favorite for sure
We were in town for a family baby shower. It was a lovely spot to hang out with our loved ones. We typically visit every year and this house has been my favorite so far. It's set up nicely and offers plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was comfortable and inviting. Communication with our host was EXCELLENT and extremely accomodating. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The house is beautiful. The pool is so nice and definitely was excited for the heated pool option. The host was very nice and answered any questions in a very timely manner. The house was stocked with plenty of items needed throughout the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.. loved the property. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a super-duper, fantastic place! A hidden gem. Great size, perfect layout, safe neighborhood, a grill, nice pool, optional to have a hot tub, total backyard privacy, beautiful inside and out, games to play, big TV’s, friendly hostess, super price, washer/dryer. Good size for a group of 10 or so. Everything worked, was modern, comfortable and accommodating. Oddly, I did receive an email saying “enjoy the house all week” from evolve or Vrbo so we thought we were in no rush to check out on out check out day until she called us. I was afraid I booked it all week instead of 3 days so I texted her earlier asking how many nights we were paying for as it seemed too good to be true. Some confusion there. We were heading to Orlando today and half our group left yesterday, so no worries there but I felt bad not meeting the check out time thinking we had all day. Overall A+++++++ Thanks! Nice house, very clean. Great pool/spa outdoor area. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we didn’t do any cooking. The house was in a secluded area and far from where we wanted to go. You definitely need a car. We went to the beach so it would have been nice if there were beach chairs, blanket, cooler, etc. In spite of all the driving we had to do, it was a fun getaway.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This property is perfect. You are very close to everything. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Bowman Beach, Bonita Springs Dog Beach and so many others. The house is setup perfectly and the owners are Fantastic. The pool is absolutely amazing. Just book it, you won't regret it.

The house and pool were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. A few minor issues but we had no problem contacting the host about them. The area was ok, just had a drive to get anywhere. Not really walking distance to anything, but that was expected. Overall great place.

Fort Meyers getaway
Excellent location near beaches, restaurants, and Twins Spring Training facility. Home is spacious but not up to the standards of most other rentals we have experienced in Florida. Only one TV in the home which seemed odd. Kitchen was very large but could have been equipped better. No equipment for the beach so we had to purchase chairs, cooler, and beach towels which most previous homes supplied.

Enjoyed are stay at this house. House was clean and there was plenty of room for all seven people. House had no pool toys, there was no grill until I assembled one that was in a closet. Very limited cable TV (No ESPN or sports programs).

Great house
House in older neighborhood but very pleasant. The rooms are big and beds comfortable. Plenty of towels for the pool. Nice enclosed terrace patio. Nice kitchen to cook in too. All good as far as I’m concerned. Make a trip to grocery store before you come as there isn’t much in the house which is fine. Just nice to know in advance ...I’ll come back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again next year. We were concerned about the past renter comments about the thermostat but the nights were cool and the thermostat was not an issue. We did not use the pool but thoroughly enjoyed the lanai very much for an after golf cocktail. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs.

I"ve stayed at better places
The stay at this location wasn't want we thought it would be, after the listing on Homeaway. The listing do not states the is control by an app from the home owner that is set on 77-78 throughout your stay, which is very uncomfortable. The email that is sent out before check in is totally different from the property book found in the home. The pool was dirty and stopped working for two days, no grill which was listed, no plunger, kitchen not fully stock, and ice maker was broke. Home is beautiful. but worth staying in for the amount of money we paid.

We just left from our stay and we had a great time. The house located in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and the beaches. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much but it seemed well equipped. The kids loved the pool. The air conditioner was recently replaced and we had no issues with the temperature in the house. Would definitely stay again!

We rented in March 2019. The house is in a nice and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. There were however some miscommunications. The listing states Hot Tub, however, it is not a hot tub! it is a "spa" and is kept at pool temp. In addition a grill was indicated in the property description "Grill up a tasty lunch to serve at the patio ....." has since been removed because there was no grill. The pool was not cleaned very well, (we all have pools at our homes and have expectations) there was a thick dirt film on the bottom of the pool. We paid the $150 for heating, but because it was so dirty, we only used the pool once (after the pool company came out to clean) While the kitchen is under supplied, we found it adequate for our needs - but 2 ice trays did not cut it when our house temperatures exceeded 80 degrees. We had to continually purchase bags of ice. The house thermostat is under lock and there are no screens on the windows, so you can’t even open a window (we found the temps outside to be cooler that the inside temp in the house). Our contact (property manager) did not have access to the locked box either. The temperatures in the house exceeded 80 degrees (even though the owner lowered the setting for us to 75 degrees). I had my parents, who are senior citizens and they struggled in the excessive temperatures. After 5 days of complaints, an AC company was finally called and stated a part had to be ordered. Needless to say, the AC was not repaired during our stay! I have requested a partial refund from the owner just for the inconvenience of the excessive temperatures inside the house that we endured during our stay, and of course have heard nothing. Rent at your own risk!

Not up to normal standards!!!!!
We have rented all over Florida and South Carolina, but have never been as disappointed in a rental. The pool had no pool furniture and after paying extra to heat the pool, the only heat came from the sunshine. Kitchen was poorly supplied, ice maker on fridge didn't work; therefore there was no filtered water. Thermostat in house was set at 77 degrees and had a locked cover. This property has great potential and is in a great location, except for 4 speed bumps. The property manager tried her best to get the pool heat working but had no luck.

This home is beautiful and was much more than we expected it
This was a family with our son and his family. The children loved it as much as the adults and gave it an "A". I would recommend having the pool heated.
