Checked in went to the room saw a dead cockroach on the floor and checked right out in 15 minutes I wouldn't stay here ever the rooms have big the rooms aren't clean and the staff are mean

Stayed here several years ago, and it was good. Now the place is in rough shape. No breakfast (despite the website description), no microwave in room (communal one in lobby), toilet barely flushed, sink drained very slowly, lamp on door switch was unplugged (had to dig under stuff in the dark to plug it in). Old school Motel-6 would be better. We will not be back.

Choose This One!
Situated up a long incline public road, it might seem a questionable place if approaching at night, but rest assured of the gem of a place when you get to the entrance. This Days Inn will impress. Nice staff, clean room with all the necessaries working. A touch worn, and a slow sink, but the staff welcomed that knowledge so they could fix it.

We have stayed here for several years on our way south. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our TV didnot work when arrived but the deskclerk came and got it going. I think a little paint and minor repairs could help to increase the rating on this motel. We picked up a bagged breakfast that was lacking in healthy food for breakfast.

Needs attention
Staff were friendly however next room over apparently had long term residents with barking dog. Stains on towels and mattress. Cockroach seen in room and the only electrical outlet in room did not work and phone went dead during night because it was not charging.

The mountain views were very nice. There was no breakfast room or bar. Everyone has to pick up the breakfast grab bag consisting of peanut butter crackers, granola with chocolate chips, a banana, small bottle of water.

Basic, comfortable room, friendly staff, very convenient location to New Market historic district. Immediately adjacent to Battle of New Market historic site and Civil War Museum.

Works for what it is. There was a bed, electricity, and running water. Breakfast included a to-go bag with a banana, granola bar, crackers, and water. However, the lamp was broken and nearly electrocuted me and I saw two roaches in the bathroom.
