Comfortable, with polite staff
Really nice hotel and really nice staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a mix up with the check out time as Hotels.com said noon and the hotel’s check out time was 11. But the lady at reception was really polite and considerate. 10/10.

Great breakfast and staff
The front desk staff was really friendly, the room in good condition and clean, and the breakfast above average for this level of hotel. The breakfast area in particular was kept very clean and well stocked, great staff. We were only there for one night and this hotel met our needs well.

Braden at the front desk is awesome. The guy is respectful, polite, kind and knowledgeable. Talk about having a gem for an employee. People like him will enhance any business they work for because they have the qualities and drive to succeed.

The breakfast buffet was empty at 9:00 am even it’s suppose to keep serving until 10:00 am I had to go to the front desk and let them know that was no food at the buffet

It's a lovely, immaculate hotel with a delicious breakfast and very attentive staff person. But we could not sleep because of the room faced the very busy highway and was near the elevator.

Stayed for a softball tournament. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was a plus, though more waffle batter would have been nice! Rooms were okay. Clean and comfortable but a bit dated and worn. Staff are polite and friendly.

My daughter had a softball game, so we chose this hotel. We go the suite and it was so spacious. Breakfast was very good and the room was really clean. Will stay again if needed.

The young man who checked me in was incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful. But I left early instead of staying the full two days and I met a lovely gentleman by the name of Andrew and we laughed and had a good time so thank heavens for him I left smiling.

Great two night stay at the Hampton. Staff was great, hotel was clean and quiet and offered nice breakfast options in the Morning. Real convenient to Skyline Drive and local restaurants and wineries. Will def stay here again.
