Although it is a 1 bedroom unit . this unit is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. With bunk beds in the foyer, it allows you to provide the youngest members of your group with their very own space.

The master bedroom has King size bed and wall mounted flat screen will sure provide you with many cozy nights while you vacation with us!
As you step into the living room not only will you be greeted by the view but if you will rather stay indoors and enjoy a show the living area features a 49" UHD 4K Smart TV; the sofa turns into a queen size sleeper.. feel free to take a quick nap here you wont regret it! You can also enjoy the evening sunsets as you lounge on the balcony.

If cooking is your thing this kitchen is well stock to ensure your your ease of mind while you cook plenty of space on quartz countertops , the smooth top stove and over-the-range microwave are just an added bonus to this unit!.. do not be surprised to catch a dolphin or two swimming in the Gulf as this kitchen also features views of the beautiful Okaloosa Island.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful that the property was beachfront and had chairs and an umbrella included. We did not like that upon arrival we did not have access to change the thermostat and it was hot inside the condo. We called property management the next day (because we arrived at 6pm- "after hours") and they sent someone out who established that the unit was set to heat. The thermostat was replaced and switched to air conditioning. The remainder of our stay was comfortable

Perfect after Christmas break
The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. The view can’t be beat, and I loved the recliner facing the patio, so my view was never disrupted inside or on the patio. It was very clean and every inch of space well uses. It felt very spacious.

Condo very clean and pleasant. Enough amenities like towels and tissue for 2 people for 4 days. Daily beach umbrella and chairs great bonus. Liked that it was a small condo complex with about 50 units I guess. Not overcrowded. Pool disappointing. Too small in parking lot with no shade.

We had a great time. Only complaints we had were the pool was very small and tucked away from everything and the master bedroom had a 4 inch foam topper on the mattress that made the bed so soft it was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Otherwise, the trip was an overall success.

Nice 5th floor 1 BR on the beach.
Exceptional view from balcony. Great location. The clientele was a little sketchy. BR on the opposite side of beach next to outdoor hall. Didn't particularly enjoy noisy neighbors right outside the window at 4 a.m.
