When staying in Unit 4007 at the Islander you can truly take in the sights and sounds of our Emerald Coast from this private patio. Get up to enjoy the sunrise at least once to experience the oranges, pinks, reds, it will absolutely take your breath away. Your fourth floor patio is just perfect for coffee, tea, AND 5:00 drink times. Be able to keep up with everyone in the group when you stay in 4007 as you are within eye sight of the pool area. Enjoy the STAINLESS appliances in the kitchen when you want to entertain in a night IN and cook up something special. A HUGE perk to renting a vacation home, you can save on meal time but indulge on VIEWS! Even the chef can enjoy the views throughout meal prepping. 4007 will be stocked with all your basic cookware, pots and pans, as well as cups & silverware. All appliances you need are open to you. TWO KING BEDS in this condo and the two bed/bath layout make it perfect for two couples. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. PVC furniture on the balcony and a card table make it pleasurable for all. A dream vacation just waiting for you!

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.

Condo was super clean. Everything just as listed. Loved the convenience to the pool, beach and even parking lot and elevators. If I had any complaints, it would be that the beds were to firm for my liking and make sure you take pillows. Didn’t like the pillows.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and the included beach chairs were comfortable. The only complaint is we went in April and the pool heater had already been turned off so the water was cold, but other than that a great place to stay. Would stay there again

With 4 adults there was not enough towels. We had to call main office but was given some pretty quickly. Also with there being 4 of us, we could ot sit together on the beach as we were only allowed 2 chairs without a fee.

This unit was decorated beautifully and everything was so clean. The location on the beach was amazing. The complex was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They cleaned all of the common areas every morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This condo was as depicted in pictures. The beds including the pull out couch were HARD. IF YOU LOVE A HARD UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. On our second day of the stay the elevators quit working and they did not attempt to repair until the following day! 4th floor steps, a dark barely lit stairwell and a constant pressure washing of sand from the floors made for hazardous steps. The elevators were iffy all week. The beach boardwalk from the property was closed the entire week, which meant entering at the public beach entries on each end of the property. A long inconvenient walk especially for older people. The boardwalk will not be repaired until the last of May! I would never book this condo or any condo on this property, nor would I book with the company Brooks and Shorey again. I have visited FWB/DESTIN multiple times a year since 1998. Worst experience I've experienced with a property. The weather and the sand beautiful as always. New mattresses would improve the condo immensely.

Beautiful spot on Okaloosa Island!
My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip with you all! Perfect location, near great food, and very nice accommodations. Our only complaint is the boardwalk was out of commission for 5/7 days of our trip. It was inconvenient that it stayed closed for such a long time.

Perfect Spot!
