Summer Place 607 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath condo offering incredible sixth-floor views directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, beachy condo has all amenities needed for a truly unforgettable beach vacation. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Summer Place 607 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen offers stunning granite countertops, white appliances and a large breakfast bar, ideal for preparing your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The elegant glass dining table seats six guests and there are three additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. The inviting living area features gorgeous matching furnishings and décor, as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Listen to your favorite song before heading out to the beach, with the stereo in the living room. Enjoy a full-size washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. Both guest bedrooms are near the entrance and include their own large flat-screen television, providing endless entertainment for all guests. The full guest bathroom can be accessed from one guest bedroom and the hallway, and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The spacious gulf-front master suite offers its own private oasis, with a comfortable king-size bed, a large flat-screen television, an ensuite master bathroom, and immediate access to the private gulf-front balcony.
Things to Know
Summerplace will be under renovation from Nov 4, 2024 through April 15, 2025. During this time they will be painting and replacing the walkways and balcony flooring, they will not enter the condo. One pool will be closed at a time while the work is being done. The Balcony will be closed Dec 9, 2024 through Feb 24, 2025.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
