This resort charges $66 per day for a resort fee, yet in a peak Christmas week, three of the four hot tubs were Not working. The two main swimming pools were cold causing many children to flock to the hot tubs where the water was acceptable. The Hotel's beach area did Not have enough beach chairs and umbrellas, causing hotel guests to have to sit on towels without chairs. These issues were discussed with the Hotel manager who said the issues are noted, nonetheless no corrective action took place. If you scroll back to November 2023, another family wrote in these exact issues which means that no remediation took place - the Hotel management does not care. There are dozens of other hotels on the beach, sat AWAY from the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami.

Room service and breakfast service at the restaurant were terrible and slow. I was seated for breakfast at a dirty table which was not cleared for over 15 minutes. There was some sort of construction going on above my room during the day while I was trying to take a nap. The service overall was nothing special.

the location and access to the beach is excellent but thats where it ends for us! Not a 4-5 star property anymore, maybe at one time but no longer. Hotel is tired and somewhat unkept anymore. Many parts of the room we stayed were dirty, damaged and simply old and dingy.

Food was very good, great location but room wasn’t very clean floors were dirty with crumbs and sand had hair all over the room, futon coach was stained witg either good or old puke couldn’t tell also found a dirty spoon in on of the closets. The TVs in the rooms are older they do not have the options to stream any apps.
